| Seabeck Christian Conference Center Architect: Rice Fergus Miller Architecture & Planning The Seabeck Inn, originally a hotel and saloon in the late 1800's, now serves as the main building of the Seabeck Christian Conference Center, the oldest continuously operating conference and retreat center in the Pacific Northwest. Restoration of this historic building is the culmination of this project, which was completed in phases over the past six years. In addition to an upgrade of office areas within the 130 year-old building, a fully wheel-chair accessible guest room has been added; bathrooms are being modified to provide greater convenience and handicapped accessibility; and emergency egress has been improved with an enclosed stairway at the North end to replace an older outdoor exit path.
