Poor soil conditions and unknown natural springs were the challenge in the construction of this 4,000 square foot wood frame building. With minimal impact to the project, the troubleshooting resolutions to these difficult site conditions are attributable to the outstanding knowledge, experience and communication skills of the Drury Construction staff. Standout features of the building include exposed glu-lam trusses with tongue and groove decking and unique pre-cast concrete columns supplied by Little & Lewis of Bainbridge Island.
