Island School

The expansion of this private school included construction of a 6,300 square foot addition as well as a complete remodel of the existing 4,400 square foot structure. Features include open spaces with many windows and skylights, radiant floor heating, a concrete slab inlaid with glass, cedar shingle siding and an outdoor playing field. Typical to a school project, a summer vacation building schedule and public safety were paramount.
