Sited at a major intersection with the Island's ferry terminal exit, successful pedestrian and vehicular traffic safety was a primary planning consideration in the construction of this three-story wood-framed office building. Tenants in the 30,000 square foot building include a branch bank with a drive-through window, a real estate office housing 40 agents, and a dental practice.
