Construction of the Fire Training Tower completes Phase I of a long envisioned Regional Training and Emergency Services Center. The six-story training tower was constructed of cast-in-place concrete, concrete block and pre-cast concrete plank floors. The basement can be flooded to allow for cellar or shipboard fire exercises.
