Poulsbo, Washington

Project Manager: Rick Cadwell
Superintendent: Jim Lynch
Architect: Priscilla Zimmerman
Type of Project: Remodel

In the spring of 2003, Drury Construction remodeled the Fred Hill dispatch building on Lemolo Shore Drive, so that it could become a working veterinary clinic for Companion Animal Wellness Center. Three exam rooms were added, along with a kennel area, laundry rooms, surgical suite, and x-ray room with dark room for developing. A separate isolation kennel with its own entrance was installed for contagious patients. Ventilation systems were installed throughout the 2200 square foot building.
