Bainbridge Island Library Expansion
Bainbridge Island, Washington

Project Manager: Marty Sievertson
Superintendent: Riley Arnold
Architect: Lewis Architecture

Coordination and communication were key in the completion of this community acclaimed project. Drury Construction worked with many owner supplied volunteers, subcontractors and suppliers to complete the 25,000 square foot addition and remodel. The original artwork of local artists was integral to the library's design and includes custom doors, painted ceilings, handmade bathroom tiles, and a carved boulder that straddles an exterior wall. The serene Japanese garden was donated by the Bainbridge Island Japanese American Community.
