Rick Cadwell, Principal, has been with Drury Construction since 1990. He holds a degree in Construction Management from Central Washington University and is currently on their Construction Management Advisory Council. He has been active in the mentoring program at North Kitsap High School, and University of Washington Review Panel for Construction Management Senior Capstone Projects. Rick has served on the City of Poulsbo’s Downtown Parking Group and Zoning Ordinance Advisory Council. In 2006 Rick was named to the 40 under Forty by the Kitsap Business Journal. Rick is the 2009 President of the Homebuilders Association of Kitsap County. Rick was on-site Project Manager for our AGC in Excellence in Construction award-winning Port Orchard Lutheran Church addition.
Bruce Corey, General Superintendent/Principal, has 30+ years with Drury Construction encompassing projects throughout Kitsap and Jefferson Counties with early experience at U.S. Naval facilities at Bremerton, Keyport and Bangor. Bruce has extensive field superintendent experience on projects ranging from educational facilities, park projects, retail tenant improvements and sport complexes. His career also includes office experience in estimating, purchasing and project management. Bruce oversees field operations for all of the company’s projects, with emphasis in quality control and implementing Drury Construction’s safety programs.
Don M. Drury, Principal, is a professional engineer experienced in most phases of building construction. This includes building design, inspection, estimating, construction, ownership, leasing and property management.  He served as a housing volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in Fiji and in the Dominican Republic and also for a school in Rabuor Village in Kenya. Don assumes a Project Management role in a limited portion of the company’s projects while assisting others in carrying out their responsibilities.  Don served on the Board of Trustees of the Associated General Contractors and was the initial Chairman of their Kitsap Community Council. A certified mediator, Don served two terms as the Board President for the Kitsap County Dispute Resolution Center and is a past President of both the Kitsap Community Foundation and the Bainbridge Foundation. He currently serves as President of the Seabeck Christian Conference Center Board of Trustees.
Gail Fleming, Principal, shares company ownership.  Gail holds a degree from the University of Southern California and is an Accredited Business Accountant, certified by the National Society of Public Accountants.  Gail has worked in both public and private accounting.  She is a member of various community and professional organizations including the Construction Financial Management Association which support her interest in continuing education. Having served on the Board of the non-profit Marge Williams Community Center on Bainbridge Island, and formerly the Treasurer for the Bainbridge Foundation, Gail was recognized by the YWCA as a “Woman of Achievement.”  Over the years she has been called upon to advise entrepreneurs in starting up their small business.  In her personal time, Gail serves on the Board of several canine organizations and competes with her Vizslas in several dog sports.
Roger Wagner, Project Manager/Principal, holds a construction management degree from Colorado State University. Roger has over 20 years of experience as a project manager, estimator, preconstruction manager, and operations manager. Project history includes office, educational, medical, retail, public works, warehouse and tenant improvements. He was awarded the 2001 Associated Builders and Contractors Project of the Year for Scan Design in Lynnwood, Washington. Roger lives on Bainbridge Island with his wife and two sons.
Brian Russell, Project Manager/Principal, brings a combination of carpentry experience and a subsequent degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington. Brian’s influence was instrumental in our Green Works acknowledgment by the Solid Waste Division in Kitsap County. Brian has overseen a wide range of projects which include financial institutions, educational campus expansions, churches and office buildings.
