La-Z Boy to Open Labor Day Weekend
SILVERDALE -
LA-Z Boy, the company best known for its recliners which were first introduced as wooden deck chairs in 1928, includes countless combinations of pieces and styles.
LA-Z Boy will open its newest furniture gallery today in Silverdale. The store is located at 3108 NW Randall Way in the former Barnes and Noble building.
The store will offer a centrally positioned design center, four distinct product gallery sections and knowledgeable design consultants who will help customers find the perfect colors, fabrics, tables, rugs, lamps and accessories.
Drury Construction Company of Poulsbo was the general contractor for the remodel. Drury Construction completed the remodel in 12 weeks. The 18,000-square-foot building received new interiors including electrical, lighting, flooring and custom cabinetry. The LA-Z Boy Furniture Gallery will open for Labor Day weekend, the second largest sales weekend of the year.
