Position Title: Project Manager
Position Description: The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of commercial construction experience on projects in the $1M to $5m range, with demonstrated skills in all phases of project management. These skills should include sales, estimating, contract negotiation, buyout, scheduling, project cost control, and risk management. DCC also values college degrees, leadership qualities, computer skills, dispute resolution skills, and community service involvement; competitive salary and benefits, based on experience.
