Rick Cadwell – PrincipalArmed with a Construction Management degree from Central Washington University, Rick started with Drury Construction in 1990. Through his years with Drury, Rick has served as Project Manager for the award-winning Port Orchard Lutheran Church addition; the Powder Hill Business Park and the 90,000 square foot Montclair Park assisted living facility. Rick has been active in the mentoring program at North Kitsap High School. He has also served on the City of Poulsbo’s Zoning Ordinance Advisory Panel; the University of Washington’s Review Panel for Construction Management Senior Capstone Projects; and most recently, the Construction Management Advisory Council for Central Washington University. |

Don M. Drury - PrincipalDon founded Drury Construction in 1972 under the original name of Don M. Drury Company. He is a licensed civil engineer from the University of Washington. Since beginning his career in 1957, he has been involved in most phases of building construction including design, inspection, estimating, construction, ownership, leasing and property management. He assumes a Project Management role in a portion of the company’s projects while assisting others in carrying out their responsibilities. Don served on the Board of Trustees for the Associated General Contractors and was the initial Chairman of their Kitsap County Council. A certified mediator, he has served as President of the Board for the Kitsap Dispute Resolution Center, the Bainbridge Foundation and the Kitsap Community Foundation. |

Gail Fleming – PrincipalGail has a degree from the University of Southern California and has been with Drury Construction since 1991. She is an Accredited Business Accountant, certified by the National Society of Public Accountants. Gail has worked in the accounting field for over twenty-five years including public and private accounting. She is a member of various community, non-profit and professional organizations including the Construction Financial Management Association and the Marge Williams Memorial Office Center. |

Brian Russell- PrincipalBrian Russell, Project Manager, brings a combination of carpentry experience and a subsequent degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington to Drury Construction. Brian’s influence was instrumental in our Green Works acknowledgement by the Solid Waste Division Kitsap County. Since 1999, Brian assisted with the Boxlight Powder Hill Business Park and Christ Memorial Church’s expanding complex. He is successfully heading another phase of construction on the IslandWood (formally know as Puget Sound Environmental Learning Center) Campus on Bainbridge Island. Other recent projects include; the City of Bainbridge Island Street and Stormwater Maintenance Facility, an ADA Accessible Treehouse at IslandWood, the Purdy Veterinary Clinic, additions to the Silverdale Lutheran Church and Island Fitness on Bainbridge Island. Brian is currently working on 1st Security Bank Branch in Poulsbo, and construction of a Multi-Purpose Facility for the Island School on Bainbridge Island. |
